Insomnia Matter
Can anyone please tell me if I have insomnia?

I am a 15 year-old female if that helps.
I have not been able to sleep for more than exactly 2 hours a day for about 4 days and just started keeping track of my sleep yesterday.
I just can’t seem to get longer than that and when I do try to go to sleep for those hours no matter how tired I am I have to lay in bed for at least 40 minutes or longer before my body will give in to sleep.

your body forms to a personal inside clock. however you feel like calling it. I use to think i had insomnia too. basically it’s all the stress from school. you have too much on ur mind. Best thing to do, take everything out of your room. no tv, no radio, no cell, NOTHING. (just keep ur alarm clock)… but when your mind realizes that you have nothing to do in your room but sleep, you will sleep. sometimes to get on a different schedule… stay up for like 2 full days, no naps, no sleep… and around like 10 or 11, force yourself to sleep. get up at a reasonable time like 8 or 9, and your body will be use to sleeping like that. i do it all the time. hence why im still up lol!
