my brain wont shut off and it is causing me insomnia.?
I am trying to go to bed and i cant. i keep thinking of stuff. family, life, what i want to do. and it just wont stop. so now, at 5 36, i am asking, how can i just stop thinking. i tried music, makes it worse. i useually sleep fine with music but its been slacking. so thank you to anyone who answers with helpful repsonces.
Don’t do any heavy reading before you go to sleep, do lots of brainless activities like watching TV, don’t get into details, or your brain wouldn’t allow you to sleep. Drink a glass of wine but no cigarretes or caffine, sugary foods, also try soaking your foot in the warm water, it works for me.
