Cure for chronic insomnia?
I have chronic insomnia and have tried everything such as prescription sleeping pills, anti-anxiety drugs, natural remiedies etc. Nothing works! However, I did some research and found an article on brainwave entrainment… by Philip Tsang the author of “How to Beat Insomnia”. I never heard of this as a remedy and I am tempted to try it out. Does anyone have any info on this as a cure. I want to know before spending $27 for the book. Thanks
